Step 1. Read the workout guidelines, (also included with the logs)
Step 2. Choose a log from the drop down menu located below the guidelines
Step 3. Click  the blue "Get Workout" button
Step 4. The log will open in a new pop-up window
Step 5. Print the log, (those are the easy parts)
Step 6. Perform the workouts, (that part takes some work!)

Full Body Workouts, including Circuit Training, all cover a two week period
2-way Split Workouts cover a 23 day period
4-way Split Workouts cover a 35 day period

The Blank Log sheet allows you to design your own workout.
Just fill in the exercises and get to it!!
