PREACHER CURLS

Sit on a preacher bench, or a bench with a preacher pad attachment, and hang your arms over the pad, grasping a barbell. Keeping the backside of your upper arms firmly braced against the pad in a stable, unmoving position, bend your arms to raise the weight. Slowly lower the weight and repeat


WIDE GRIP

Preacher Curls, Wide Grip Bottom Position

NARROW GRIP

Preacher Curls, Narrow Grip Bottom Position
