Gibson Flying V

Gibson Flying V

This particular Flying V is very unique. Virtually all other Flying V's have a plastic pick guard, while this model has none. Also, the Gibson logo on the headstock is directly on the wood and oriented horizontally when the guitar is standing on a stand, as in this picture. Most others have the logo embossed into the little plastic piece that covers the tension rod adjustment, and are oriented vertically when the guitar is standing on a stand. Lastly the placement of the knobs and toggle switch are different. In the 20 plus years that I have owned this guitar, I have only ever seen one like it, and that was on a website based somewhere in England. The sound is rich and full, and she loves to scream. I would not trade this guitar for anything.
